Impossible Pie- The easiest pie you will ever make! 4 ingredients is all that is needed for this creamy, custard treat. No crust to worry about either!
I have the worst time with pies. Well, not the pies themselves, but, the crust. It's usually a mess when I cut into them.
To solve this problem, I opt to make crust-less pies. Simply make the batter, pour it into your pie pan, bake it and there you have it, pie. 🥧
Ingredients Needed
- Eggs
- Sugar
- Flour
- Milk
Recipe Notes:
- A deep dish pie plate works best for this pie. See recipe card to purchase. This way, your pie doesn't overflow.
- It's important to refrigerate the pie after it's cooled down. This helps meld the flavors together. Refrigerate it for at least 6 hours before serving. If desired, it can be refrigerated overnight.
- Keep any leftovers in the refrigerator. It's best eaten within a week.
