Cinnamon Roll Bites-Recipes My Mom Gave Me

This recipe has been in my index since, well, forever.  Like my caramel roll and donut recipes, they start out with a tube of good ole' biscuit dough and only need a handful of simple ingredients to make.

We LOVE these around here and  I make them more often than I probably need too ;)

Recipe Notes

  • Biscuit Dough: I use refrigerated buttermilk biscuit dough. The brand is up to you! You can use larger biscuits, but, you may need to increase your baking time slightly.
  • Storage: Keep any leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator. They are best eaten within a week.

To Make

  • Detailed instructions in the recipe card.
  • Take a raw biscuit and cut it into 4 equal pieces.  You will do this with all the biscuit dough.
  • Coat those dough pieces in butter, then, in the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture.
  • Place in the prepared pan and bake.
  • Once those are done, make your icing and top the warm bites with the icing.
