Ingredients Needed
- Hash brown potatoes
- Cheese
- Sour cream
- Cream of chicken soup
- Bread crumbs
- Butter
Substitutes for You!
- Hash Browns: I like to use southern style potatoes for this casserole. However, you can use a shredded version, if desired. Remember to let them defrost beforehand!
- Cheese: Use your favorite. We like sharp cheddar!
- Sour Cream: Plain Greek yogurt is a great substitute for sour cream. 🖒
- Bread Crumbs: Crushed up Ritz crackers or brand equivalent.
- Cream of Chicken Soup: You can also use cream of mushroom, if you wish.
