Don't want to make it homemade? Use your favorite store brand instead!

Cookie Mix

I used Betty Crocker Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix. It's a 17.9 oz pouch that also includes a small packet of cinnamon sugar mix. Any brand equivalent will work. Be sure to check the size of your package before using, to make sure the recipe works.
You are only using the dry mix! Don't make the cookie batter.

Cinnamon Sugar Mixture

If your cookie mix does not include a cinnamon sugar mixture, that is ok! You can make it yourself. Mix together 1/3 cup of sugar with about a tablespoon of ground cinnamon. Remove your 2 teaspoons of the mixture for the frosting and continue the recipe as noted.
