Ingredients Needed
- Flour
- Vinegar
- Water
- Milk
- Oil
- Salt
- Sugar
- Yeast
- Baking powder
Recipe Notes
- Bread flour is the preferred flour for making bread, however, if you are like me and don't have it in your kitchen, you can use regular AP flour for this bread.
- Oil: If desired, you can replace this with melted butter. After melting, let it cool for about 5 minutes before adding it to your bread machine.
- Yeast: Use active dry yeast.
- Storage: Keep in a covered container and eat it within a week. If you want to freeze your bread, just be sure to keep it in a freezer safe/covered container or storage bag. It will be good for several months.
- Mixed Berry Freezer Jam was used in these photos.
