Bread Machine Italian Bread- Make homemade Italian bread in no time at all! This bread is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Perfect all by itself or with any meal you are serving.
With the price of everything going up around here, making homemade bread is a great way to save a few bucks. I love homemade bread, but, taking the time to make it can be a bit daunting for me.
To make my life easier, I thrifted a bread maker a while ago and the whole bread making thing got a whole bunch easier!
Need a bread maker? Grab one at your local thrift store or buy a new one!

- Flour
- Sugar
- Salt
- Oil

Recipe Notes
- I use regular AP flour for my bread. I know, bread flour is a better option. However, I always have regular flour and it's really just easier to use. So, if you have bread flour or want to purchase it, use it. If not, regular flour will do the job.
- Use active dry yeast for this bread. See recipe card for product suggestion/purchase.
- Storage: Keep any leftovers in a covered container. Use within a week. If you are freezing your bread, be sure it's in a freezer safe/covered container or storage bag. It will stay good in your freezer for several months.
