Pub Cheese Dip- A great little dip that requires just a few ingredients! Serve it with a side of pretzels for the perfect snack or at your next gathering.
Hooray for dipping stuff in cheese! 🥳
Ingredients Needed
- Cream cheese
- Cheddar cheese
- Beer
- Garlic powder
- Salt/Pepper
Recipe Notes
- Beer: Yes, you can use non-alcoholic beer for this dip. As a matter of fact, my dip has NA Beer in it. Worked great! Of course, use your favorite brand/flavor for this. You only need a small amount, but, it does give it a good flavor.
- Cheddar Cheese: Same thing. Go with sharp, low fat, a cheddar blend or whatever flavor you like. I would recommend starting with a cheddar variety, to maintain the taste.
- Storage: Keep any leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator. It is best eaten within a week.

What an interesting combination. I bet this is delicious.

DeleteSuch a simple recipe! I hadn't thought of substituting non-alcoholic beer--I typically use chicken broth. Sounds yummy. Visiting from the Sharing Serenity link party.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea Jennifer! I will have to try that next time I make it.
