Three Cheese Soup- Time for a cozy bowl of cheese soup! A creamy soup with three cheeses and tons of flavor. .
We don't eat a ton of soup around here, with the exception of my Mom's Potato Soup and this cheesy one. It's delicious served with a side of crusty bread!
Ingredients
- Flour + Butter
- Cheeses
- Chicken Broth
- Whipping cream
- Dried Spices: onion, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper
- Dijon mustard
Recipe Notes
- Cheeses: I chose to use sharp cheddar, Parmesan and cream cheese. You can go with your favorites. Use just one kind or mix and match. You will need 2 cups of cheese total.
- Whipping Cream: If you wish, whole milk can be used as a substitute.
- Keep a close eye on your soup pot. It can burn quickly. Keep whisking it frequently and don't turn up your heat too high. It's best at a medium level.
- Storage: Keep any leftovers in a covered container in the refrigerator. It's best eaten within a week. I don't recommend freezing this soup, due to the cheese content. It could separate when reheating.

Talk about comfort food. This looks delicious! Pinned. :) Visiting from the Funtastic Friday link party. (I'd love to see you share this at my linkup as well, if you'd like: https://lifetalesbooks.blogspot.com/p/calling-fellow-bloggers.html)
