Baked Spaghetti- A delicious and easy dish filled with cooked spaghetti noodles, spaghetti sauce, cheese and Italian sausage. Pair it with garlic bread or a side salad to round out your meal.
Much like Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies, this recipe has been in my recipe archives for a really long time. Honestly, I can't remember who gave it to me, but, it is, like the cookies, a family favorite.
It can be adapted to your own taste preference and be ready in a snap.

Baked Spaghetti
A delicious and easy dish filled with cooked spaghetti noodles, spaghetti sauce, cheese and Italian sausage. Pair it with garlic bread or a side salad to round out your meal.
Ingredients
- 8 oz box, dried spaghetti noodles
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 lb bulk Italian sausage
- 1 1/4 cups spaghetti sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 8 inch baking dish
- In a skillet, brown Italian sausage over medium heat, breaking up as you cook. Continue until it is no longer pink. Drain excess grease from skillet and return cooked sausage to skillet. Add spaghetti sauce into the cooked sausage and mix completley.
- Make spaghetti noodles according to box instructions. Drain and rinse noodles with cold water.
- In a bowl, toss together cooked spaghetti noodles with beaten eggs, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Spread the spaghetti mixture into prepared dish. Spread the meat/sauce mixture on top of it. Top with remaining shredded cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until heated throughly and cheese is melted. Let the dish sit for 5-8 minutes before serving.
Notes & Variations
If you are using precooked spaghetti, you will need about 2 to 3 cups.
