Sheet Pan Kielbasa Potatoes and Broccoli - A crazy easy dinner that can be on the table in about 40 minutes and everything is baked right in the same pan!
My favorite kind of dinner → easy prep, quick baking time and easy clean up.
Ingredients Needed
- Kielbasa
- Broccoli
- Potatoes
- Oil
- Dried Spices: onion, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper
Recipe Notes
- Kielbasa: This is a type of rope sausage. It is pre-cooked and can (usually) be found in the same section as your hot dogs or pre-cooked brats section at the grocery store. We prefer turkey kielbasa, but, you can go with your favorite flavor/brand. It simply has to already be cooked and about 1 pound in size.
- 💡 Tip: For extra flavor, use a cooked andouille sausage.
- Potatoes: I had a few russet potatoes in my kitchen, so, I peeled/sliced 2 (?) of them. However, you can go with your favorite. A great quick option is to grab a bag (about a pound) of Dutch baby potatoes. They are already washed, a great size (no chopping needed) and you won't have to adjust your baking time.
- Broccoli: Not a fan? Use another veggie! Green beans, cauliflower, carrots...whatever! I do recommend using fresh veggies that are chopped.
- Dried Seasoning: We are not wild when it comes to spices. So, obviously, feel free to adjust them to your preference.
