Saturday Chicken- A simple creamy chicken dish that can be on your dinner table in less than an hour!
This recipe I discovered several years ago in The I Hate to Cook Book. It's super simple and tastes delicious.
Serve it a starchy side to complete your easy dinner. 🖒
Ingredients Needed
- Chicken breasts
- Whipping cream
- Cream of chicken soup
- Dried Spices: salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and parsley
Recipe Notes
- If desired, you can replace the cream of chicken soup with cream of mushroom.
- Don't skimp on your whipping cream. Use it. It gives your sauce/gravy a very creamy consistency.
- Your cook time may be less/more than mine. This depends on the size and thickness of the chicken breasts. When fully cooked, the internal temperature of the chicken should be at least 165 degrees.
