Muffin Mix Caramel Apple Cobbler- An easy cobbler that includes a muffin mix, sweet apples and a smooth caramel sauce. Perfect for fall!

Ingredients Needed
- Apple cinnamon muffin mix
- Apple pie filling
- Caramel sauce
- Butter
- Brown sugar
- Ground cinnamon
What Kind of Muffin Mix Should I Use?
You will need a 6.5 - 7 oz package of dry apple cinnamon muffin mix. Jiffy, Betty Crocker and Martha White are a few brands ideas.
How to Make
- Spread the apple pie filling evenly onto the bottom of your greased pan. Top off the apples evenly with brown sugar, ground cinnamon and caramel sauce.
- Next, sprinkle the dry muffin mix on top of the apple mixture.
- Top it off with thin pats of butter. Don't mix it.
- Bake!
- Let it cool for about 30-45 minutes before serving.

- Whipped cream
- Whipped Topping ( Cool Whip)
- Vanilla ice cream

Ingredients
- 20 oz apple pie filling
- 1/3 cup caramel sauce
- 7 oz dry apple muffin mix
- 2 TBSP brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, cut into pieces
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease an 8 x 8 baking dish
- Layer apple pie filling evenly on the bottom of the your prepared dish.
- Then, drizzle the apple pie filling with caramel sauce. Then, top with brown sugar and cinnamon.
- Evenly sprinkle it with the dry muffin mix.
- Place pieces of butter evenly on top.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until top is brown.
- Let the cobbler cool for at least 30 minutes before serving.
