No Churn Two Ingredient Ice Cream-Making this homemade ice cream is super duper easy and does not require an ice cream maker! It's delicious and quite versatile too.
Ever since finding this recipe several years ago, I ditched my bulky ice cream maker and only use this for making ice cream homemade.
It's just 2 ingredients for a basic ice cream, but, you can do so much with it to make it your own.
What Are The Two Ingredients?
- Whipping cream
- Sweetened condensed milk
Flavor Ideas
- Whisk in vanilla extract (or any flavor extract) into the sweetened condensed milk for a boost of your favorite flavor.
- Whisk in 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder to the condensed milk to make chocolate ice cream.
- Whisk a cup of dry cake mix into the condensed milk for a cake batter ice cream.
- Fold in a few stir ins! Mini chocolate chips, chocolate syrup, caramel sauce, cookie bits, brownie bites, coconut, chopped fruit or chopped nuts.
- Replace your sweetened condensed milk with a can of dulce de leche. It's seriously delicious.
Stiff Peaks? When you remove your whisk attachment, your whipped cream should stand straight up without collapsing. A visual guide.
